Adopt and raise
Hatch GlenFrens at the Adoption Den, keep them fed and happy, and grow a den of favourites.
An independent game studio
We build games you open in a browser tab and end up living in. A hidden valley full of creatures to raise. One wild island where every viking shares the same shore.
Our games
Both run right in your browser, on a laptop or a phone. Bring a friend, or a whole guild.

The hidden valley
Adopt one-of-a-kind GlenFrens, teach them moves, send them on expeditions and take them into the dome. A cosy pet world with a competitive heart.
Enter the valley
Valhalla
One island. Every chosen one.
A 3D viking survival game on a single shared island. Fell trees, raise halls, hunt by moonlight and call down the great foes, together.
Take the longship
Everglen · the hidden valley
Everglen is a browser pet world in the spirit of the classic pet sites, made entirely new. Every GlenFren you adopt is genetically unique: its coat, its stats and its temperament are its own. Feed it, train it, dress it in seasonal coats and teach it the moves that suit it best.
Then take it out into the valley. Duel in the Battledome, climb the Arena ladder, send a party on a Grand Expedition, dig in the Glimmer Mines, or walk the 3D island at its side.
Twelve species, four elements, three of each. Every one hatches with a coat, stats and personality nobody else has.
Hatch GlenFrens at the Adoption Den, keep them fed and happy, and grow a den of favourites.
Pick four moves from a library of 43, read the elements and outplay rivals in seasonal Arena ladders.
Send your frens out for hours at a time. They come home with chests, treasure and stories.
An idle mine where your frens dig shafts while you are away, and the cart keeps rolling.
Buy rooms, lay floors and walls, place furniture, hang your trophies and invite keepers over.
Walk the valley with your fren at heel: fish Mirrorlake, chop, mine and take quests in town.
A cabinet row of original minigames with monthly trophies for the best keepers.
A living calendar: Hallowglen, Emberwake, season passes, prize wheels and limited coats.

Free to play. Everglen also runs an optional on-chain economy on Solana, for keepers who want to trade and collect.
Valhalla · a viking survival game
One island. Every chosen one. It remembers what you did to it.
Valhalla puts everyone on the same island, three kilometres across and ringed by cold sea. You see the other chosen ones, share their fires, raid the same barrows and build halls beside theirs, and the island keeps every stump and every rafter.
Hunger is done the old way: three foods at once set your health and stamina, and a fire and a roof make you rested. Day turns to night over twenty minutes, frost bites on the fells, and the creatures will break down a wall to reach you.

Soft meadows, berry bushes and boars. Where every chosen one wakes at the stones, and where the first hall usually goes up.
And beyond them all, the snow of Frostfell, where only the well-dressed live long.
Each is called at an altar with an offering. Hang its trophy at the stone circle and every chosen one on the island gains a boon.
Trees fall where you cut them, on you and your friends too. Copper, tin, bog iron and silver each want the right pick.
Pieces snap together and must be held up. Doors, beds, chests, linked gates and a boat to cross the sound.
Night passes only when every living chosen one sleeps. Loot goes to whoever reaches it first.
A blow lands on another chosen one only if both have it switched on. Those who do wear their names in red.

Gold won on the island can be offered at the Hoard Stone toward the VALOR token on Solana. Entirely optional: the island is open to everyone.
The studio
Gold Crab Studios is an independent studio making online worlds that live in the browser. No launcher, no install, no waiting on a patch to download: open a tab and you are home.
We ship often, listen closely and keep our worlds running for the long haul. When the community asks for something, it usually turns up in the next update.
Everything we make runs in a browser, on desktop and on phones.
Persistent, server-run worlds. What you build and raise is still there tomorrow.
Our own creatures, lore, code and art, and real recorded sound.
Guilds, arenas, shared islands and busy Discords. Better with friends.
Community
